One hour is not enough, so we prefer 2 hour sessions, especially for the first session where we need to get your background story. We use all of our skills and experience to help you heal whatever issues are most troubling you. It may be counselling, parts work, hypnotherapy, energy healing, or a combination of all as we use whatever will help you the most to bring joy, love and abundance back into your life.
